Hazleton Manor is a beautiful banquet hall I had the chance to go to in September for a wedding. It looked like a big mansion on the outside and it was beautifully decorated on the inside. The staff was very friendly, however, the food was a hit and miss. I think they should have given to option to choose chicken or steak instead of putting both on the plate. The sauce that was in spread over the Filet Mignon was sour and parts of the chicken were very dry. The salad was over dressed and then lets come to the beautiful dessert you see in the picture above.
I thought that the sorbet was the cutest thing ever! It was served in either the orange or lemon shell. Unfortunately it didn't taste as good as it looks. It was horribly sour! I had only one spoon of it and then I had to push it away.
All in all, I thought it was a wonderful place, the food not so much.
