Quaren-Eats: Dalgona Coffee

I hope everyone is doing well 😀.

I have been seeing pictures and videos of Dalgona coffee on every possible social media platform. This drink is really taking the internet by the storm! As a coffee lover, I thought I'd finally give it a shot, and I must say-- it is SO GOOD!

Here's what you'll need: 

• Instant Coffee; I used Nescafe
• White Sugar 
• & hot water or hot milk

In a small bowl, add 2 tbsps each of the instant coffee, sugar and water. Using a whisk or electric mixer, whisk together the mixture until it develops into a fluffy, caramel colour like below. 

In a cup add your milk, top the milk with the mixture, stir and enjoy!
